We offer competitive benefits including health insurance and 401k. Our wage scale is between $18 and $34 starting, based on experience and additional qualifications. Each application will be reviewed by TR Concrete's Masonry Superintendent. Once applications are reviewed, qualified applicants will be contacted by the Masonry Superintendent for a phone interview.

Pre-employment drug screen is required of applicants. Employment offer is based on completing a CRT physical fitness test.

 

CONCRETE FOREMAN

Job description:

We are currently looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals with 5 or more years of experience to join our team as a Concrete Foreman. We provide a fun work atmosphere, with a team oriented, positive attitude. Come join an industry leader in commercial concrete and masonry work.

Duties Include:

The position of Concrete Foreman is to oversee the following activities on job sites:

  • Form footings
  • Form walls and piers
  • Place reinforcing
  • Set-up slabs
  • Pour and finish slabs
  • Pour and finish sidewalks

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience is required (3 years of running work)
  • Need to manage jobsite, material, equipment and crews
  • Must be able to read commercial construction drawings
  • Need good communication skills with field and office personnel
  • Must have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Must be able to follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Qualified applicants must possess valid driver's license, reliable transportation of their

Employees must provide for daily use the following tools for this position:

  • Carpenters tool belts, hand trowels, tape measure, hammer, speed square, 4’ level, torpedo level, chalk line, utility knifes, gloves and rubber boots
