We offer competitive benefits including health insurance and 401k. Our wage scale is between $18 and $34 starting, based on experience and additional qualifications. Each application will be reviewed by TR Concrete's Masonry Superintendent. Once applications are reviewed, qualified applicants will be contacted by the Masonry Superintendent for a phone interview.

MASON FOREMAN

Elk River, Minnesota

Job description:

We are currently looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals with 3 or more years of experience to join our team as a Mason Foreman. We provide a fun work atmosphere, with a team oriented, positive attitude. Come join an industry leader in commercial concrete and masonry work.

Duties Include:

Oversee the placement of block, brick and stone (for apprentice and experienced masons) and oversee building leads for block and brick by experienced masons.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience is required (3 years of running work)
• Must be a skilled mason
• Will work alongside crews daily while managing jobsite, material, equipment and crews
• Must be able to read commercial construction drawings
• Need good communication skills with field and office personnel
• Must have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Must be able to follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment

• Hammer holder, mason hammer, mason trowel, tape measure, 2’ and 4’ level, utility knifes, gloves and pencil
