We offer competitive benefits including health insurance and 401k. Our wage scale is between $18 and $34 starting, based on experience and additional qualifications. Each application will be reviewed by TR Concrete's Masonry Superintendent. Once applications are reviewed, qualified applicants will be contacted by the Masonry Superintendent for a phone interview.

Pre-employment drug screen is required of applicants. Employment offer is based on completing a CRT physical fitness test.

PATCH CREW/DEMOLITION/SMALL TASK MASONRY FOREMAN

Elk River, Minnesota

Job description:

We are looking for a self-motivated hard-working individual who can perform small masonry projects, and has a strong attention for detail. This position will manage a crew of 1-2 people. We are looking for an efficient worker who can take direction from superiors yet enjoys working independently for the bulk of their day. Applicants must have prior masonry experience, and experience operating dustless tools.

Duties Include:

Projects and tasks would include but not be limited to:

• Cutting in and demolition of interior and exterior doors and windows
• Toothing in door and window infills
• Small project masonry brick repair
• Small project stone repair
• Block repair
• Small concrete pours (sidewalk panel infills)
• Floor infills

Job Requirements:

• Previous masonry experience required
• Must have knowledge of how to operate dustless tools
• Need to manage jobsite, material, equipment and crews
• Must be able to read commercial blueprints
• Need good communication skills with field and office personnel
• Must have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Must be able to follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
• Qualified applicants must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Employees must provide for daily use the following tools for this position:

• Hammer holder, mason hammer, mason trowel, tape measure, 2’ and 4’ level, utility knifes, gloves and pencil
